Jilberto Soto is a New York City-based stand-up comedian, writer, and storyteller. A first-generation Mexican American, his comedy combines deeply personal stories with sharp observations about family, identity, relationships, and modern life.

He has performed at the New York Comedy Festival, Netflix Is a Joke Festival, SF Sketchfest, and the Limestone Comedy Festival, and has opened for comedians including Ralph Barbosa, Rhys Nicholson, Ashley Gavin, and Beth Stelling. He is also a paid regular at New York Comedy Club and performs throughout New York City and internationally.

His solo show ¡Ay! Papi was selected as the recipient of the Out of Hand Edinburgh Fringe Marketing Bursary, recognizing the show's creative vision ahead of its 2026 Edinburgh Fringe run
